As soon as a leak is detected, or flooding occurs, shut off any water source to control the damage. Call Kiser Construction immediately. If your property has experienced water damage, the IICRC recommends hiring a certified restoration company to assist in the cleanup.

What to Expect if you Suffer a Water Loss

  • A Kiser Water Damage specialist will access your specific situation.
  • A team of certified water technicians will remove the damaged material and set up specialized equipment to begin the drying process.
  • A water technician will monitor the moisture levels until they are at an acceptable dry standard. At this point, equipment will be removed from your home.
  • Kiser will work with your insurance company to access the scope of damage. Once the scope is agreed upon, Kiser will start the restoration process to bring your home to its pre-loss condition.
